Terms and conditions of the “International Music Academy”
Applying for every offered event for the current calendar year, if not otherwise arranged, the following guidelines:
APPOINTMENT / PLACE: by arrangement
PAYMENTS: after registration,monthly or bulk (10 lessons) payment required within five workdays. In case of payment warnings, the accruing reminder fee is 10% of the total tuition fee.
EXPIRATION OF LESSONS: in case of monthly payment 1 lesson/month can be rescheduled. In case of bulk payment a maximum of 3 lessons can be rescheduled. In principal, cancelled lessons have to be rescheduled no later than the following month.
CANCELLATION POLICY: After succesfull registration 10% of the total tuition fee.
Registration in the INTMA applies always for one semester (September-February and March-August) and it extends automatically. Cancellation wishes for the following semester have to be submitted in writing, at least one month before the end of the current semester. In case of immediate cancellation, the total amount of the tuition fee in the current semester will be charged.
LEARNING MATERIAL: All costs of the needed materials are to be compensated from the students.
TEACHING HOURS: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (or by arrangement)
- 1 full lesson = 50 Minutes
- 1 half lesson = 30 Minutes
- 1 trial lesson = 25 Minutes
- Place of jurisdiction and execution is Vienna (Austria).
