General Terms and Conditions of the „International Music Academy“
School year 2025/2026
The following guidelines apply to all events offered for the current calendar year, unless otherwise agreed:
- DATE / LOCATION: By appointment.
- PAYMENTS: After registration, semester price (monthly or advance payment), block of 10 (one-off) within five working days. In the case of reminders, the reminder fees incurred are 10 % of the total invoice amount.
- EXPIRY OF TEACHING UNITS:
A maximum of 4 lessons can be made up at the semester price.
In the 10-lesson block, a maximum of 2 teaching units can be made up.
In principle, the missed teaching units must be made up within 4 teaching weeks.
Canceled appointments on the part of the teacher must be made up for. (Substitution/replacement date). - CANCELLATION OF CLASSES:
Teaching units that later than 24 hours are canceled before the scheduled date, without exception Fully offset. This applies regardless of the payment model selected (semester price or block of 10). - DEREGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Registration in INTMA is valid for one semester, and is automatically extended if it is not terminated in writing at least one month before the end of the semester.
In case of early termination, the course fee will be charged until the end of the semester.
When booking a block of 10 lessons, it is possible to cancel after each block has been used up, but written notice of cancellation must be given no later than the 8th lesson and at least one month before the desired end date.
Cancellation after registration: 10 % of the semester fee.- Winter semester: August 1 - January 31
- Summer semester: February 1 - July 31
- DOCUMENTS / AIDS: The costs of the required documents must be borne by the student himself.
- CLASS TIMES:
Monday - Saturday from 08:00 - 20:00 (or by appointment).
Online at any time by appointment. - LESSON DURATION:
- Private lessons 50 minutes
- Private lessons 25 minutes (suitable for children under 10 years)
- Family lesson 75 minutes
- Group courses 50/60 minutes (or by arrangement)
- Trial lesson 25 minutes
- TEACHING FRAMEWORK AND COOPERATION
Lessons at the International Music Academy take place exclusively within the organizational and spatial framework of the Academy.
Direct private agreements between parents/pupils and teachers about lessons outside the Academy are not permitted.
This regulation serves quality assurance, equal treatment of all students and the maintenance of our artistic and organizational offerings (e.g. concerts, ensemble projects, substitution regulations).
Special requests for more flexible teaching models (e.g. additional lessons, online lessons, individual solutions in the event of illness or longer absences) can be discussed with the school management at any time and are - as far as possible - made possible within the Academy. - DATA PROTECTION:
The International Music Academy processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of contract execution and communication with students and/or their legal guardians. The data will not be shared with third parties. Further information on data protection can be requested from the International Music Academy at any time. - DISCLAIMER:
The International Music Academy assumes no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought by students to lessons. Participation in lessons is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for damage resulting from improper use of instruments or other teaching materials. - FINAL PROVISIONS:
Amendments and supplements to these GTC must be made in writing.

Before classes begin at our institute, you will sign a registration agreement with us. For the purpose of fulfilling the association's tasks in accordance with our association statutes, we process the following personal data from you:
