As a seasoned flutist and educator, and in my roles as a Jupiter Waveline Ambassador and Altus International Artist, I have spent many years exploring how healthy, tension-free movement can support expressive, sustainable flute playing. Working with students of all ages across Europe have shown me how essential body awareness is - not only for sound production, but also for confidence, focus, and long-term wellbeing.

These worksheets grew out of my teaching practice and my commitment to creating accessible, imaginative tools that help students release tension and move more freely. Inspired by principles from Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, yoga, pilates and my own professional experience, these exercises provide simple, practical ways to prepare the body for relaxed, natural flute playing.
