This is how the semester package works

Predictable pricing, flexible scheduling

Units per semester

Confirmed - every unit will take place or be made up.
Winter Semester August 1 - January 31, Summer Semester February 1 – July 31.
The two-week package includes 9 units per semester, and the 10-pack includes 10.

Months per semester

Each semester consists of a full six months. The majority of the units take place during the regular school year, with the summer months left free for make-up and additional sessions. This keeps the semester stress-free, even in cases of illness or vacation.

24 hours

Events canceled in a timely manner will be rescheduled

Bye 24 hours cancel before the appointment - the session will be made up. In the semester package up to 4 of 18 Units, bi-weekly 2 of 9, in a 10-block 3 of 10. Catch-up dates until End of semester, plus four weeks grace period into the following semester.
Says the Teacher ab, will the unit without exception caught up and not credited.

Semester package or 10-pack?

The semester package is cheaper per unit – the 10-pack offers complete flexibility for appointments.

Family benefit Three individual sessions of 25 minutes each cost €333 per month—or €278 with the family package. That's up to 17 % less.

Important for classification: The family package is for different instruments bookable – the units can be freely divided among all selected instruments. However, this means that the children will generally not with the same teacher and therefore do not necessarily have to be taught at the same time.

Each 10-unit block costs about 11–12 % more per unit than the semester package. A new decision is made after each block.

Standorte: Hernals, Gschwandnergasse 59, mittwochs 15:30 Uhr · Stadlau, Gemeindeaugasse 5, donnerstags 15:30 Uhr. Für Kinder unter drei Jahren ist eine eigene Babygruppe in Vorbereitung.

Enrollment is possible year-round, with prorated billing. Registration is valid for one semester at a time: winter semester from August 1st to January 31st, and summer semester from February 1st to July 31st. It then continues automatically, so you don't have to re-register every six months. To cancel, a brief written notification one month before the end of the semester is sufficient.

For registration via email or mail, cancellation is possible within 14 days without providing a reason. Already attended sessions will be billed on a pro-rata basis.

Pay

The usual method is to pay the semester fee in advance – one bank transfer per semester, or for the whole academic year if requested, which is payable within five working days of registration. Blocks of 10 sessions and group courses are also paid in advance.

If a monthly payment fits your budget better, a brief request is all that's needed. For semester and family packages, we'll work together to find a solution: six payments per semester, due on the last business day of the preceding month. The simplest way to do this is with a standing order. We'll put the agreement in writing.

School year

The lessons follow the regular school year. Primarily, make-up and alternative dates take place during the holidays – additional lessons are also available upon request.
