General Terms and Conditions of the
“International Music Academy”

The following guidelines apply to all events offered for the current calendar year, unless separately agreed:

DATE / PLACE:

PAYMENTS:
After registration, semester price (monthly or one-time), block of 10 once within five working days.
In case of overdue payments, the overdue fines will be 10% of the total invoice amount.

FORFEITURE OF LESSONS:
For the semester price, a maximum of 2 units can be made up.
For the 10-unit block, a maximum of 3 units can be made up.
In principle, the forfeited units must be made up within 2 teaching weeks.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
After registration 10% of the total amount.
A registration at INTMA is always valid for one semester (September 1 until the semester break at the beginning of February or from the end of the respective semester break until August 31) and is automatically extended if not cancelled at least one month before the end of the semester. In case of early cancellation, the course fee will be charged until the end of the semester.
When booking a 10-unit block, cancellation is possible after each block is used up; written notice is required no later than the 9th unit.

DOCUMENTS / AIDS:
All costs of the needed materials are to be compensated by the students.

CLASS TIMES:
Monday – Saturday from 08:00 – 20:00 (or by appointment).
Online at any time by appointment

LESSON UNITS:
1 teaching unit (UE) = 50 minutes
1 half lesson (HE) = 25 minutes
1 trial lesson = 25 minutes

Place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is Vienna (Austria).

At the beginning of tuition at our institute, all students are required to fill out a registration agreement with us. For the purpose of fulfilling the tasks of the association according to our association statutes, we process the following personal data from you:
