General Terms and Conditions of “International Music Academy”

The following guidelines apply to all events offered for the current calendar year, unless otherwise agreed:

DATE / LOCATION:

by appointment

PAYMENTS: 

After registration, semester price (monthly or one-time), block of 10 once within five working days.
In the case of reminders, the reminder fees incurred amount to 101% of the total invoice amount.

EXPIRY OF TEACHING UNITS:

With the semester price, a maximum of 2 teaching units can be made up.
In the block of 10, a maximum of 3 teaching units can be made up.
In principle, the expired teaching units must be made up within 2 teaching weeks.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

After registration 10% of the total amount.

Registration at INTMA is always valid for one semester (September 1st until the semester break at the beginning of February or from the end of the respective semester break until August 31st) and is automatically extended if the registration is not cancelled at least one month before the end of the semester. In the event of early cancellation, the course fee will be charged until the end of the semester.

When booking a block of 10 units, cancellation is possible after each block has been used up. Notification must be made no later than the 9th unit.

DOCUMENTS / AIDS: 

The costs of the required documents must be borne by the student himself.

CLASS TIMES: 

Monday – Saturday from 08:00 – 20:00 (or by appointment)
Online anytime by appointment

LESSON UNIT:

1 teaching unit (UE) = 50 minutes

1 half lesson unit (HE) = 25 minutes

1 trial lesson = 25 minutes

The place of jurisdiction and performance is Vienna (Austria).

The protection of your data is important to us. We would therefore like to inform you here about which personal data we process in our association and for what purpose.

1. Your login details

Before classes begin at our institute, you will sign a registration agreement with us. For the purpose of fulfilling the association's tasks in accordance with our association statutes, we process the following personal data from you:

Your data will be stored with us for the duration of your training. If you leave our institute, your data will be stored for the legally prescribed period in order to fulfil our statutory retention period.

2. Your participation in our events

As a participant in events organized by our association, your personal data will be stored to the extent that it is necessary for registration or participation in the events.
We would also like to inform you that in the context of our club events, Photographs, sound and/or video recordings These recordings can be used in various media (print, TV, online) and in publications (print, online) of our association.

3. Your visit to our website

The association is responsible for the content of the website and is both the media owner and publisher. When you visit our website, we will collect the following information
